Regulatory Reporting
DetectX® Regulatory Reporting generates reports in GoAML 5.02 format for submission to MROS, and can be configured for other jurisdictions where applicable.
The DetectX® approach
Required fields are pre-filled from the customer and transaction data the platform already holds, so a report is assembled from the investigation rather than retyped from it.
A supervisor approves the report before it is submitted, which keeps the four-eye step inside the tool instead of alongside it.
- GoAML 5.02
- The format MROS accepts, produced directly.
- Other jurisdictions
- Configurable where an equivalent format applies.
- Pre-filled fields
- From the customer and transaction data already held.
- Supervisor approval
- Part of the workflow, before submission.
Key benefits and impact
The manual effort in a report is the transcription, and that is what is removed. Accuracy improves for the same reason: the figures come from the records rather than from someone reading them across.
Why DetectX®
Reporting reads the same investigation record an analyst worked in, so what is submitted matches what was decided. A reporting tool fed separately can differ from the case file, and the difference is discovered by a regulator rather than by you.
Regulatory requirements
DetectX® supports the FATF and GAFI recommendations, and is used against Swiss regulatory requirements including GwG, FINMA-GwV, VsB 16, KAG, FinfraG, FidleG, BEHG and KKG.
It also supports MiFID and EMIR reporting obligations, and BASEL II and III requirements.
